2025-10-21 – Access Issue Resolved #139

Dear members,

We recently identified an issue affecting some Tier 3 product purchases and bulk shop access. This problem caused certain members with valid subscriptions to see incorrect access messages (e.g., being shown as “Tier 0”) or experience purchase restrictions.

This issue has now been fully resolved.
All tiered memberships — Tier 0 through Tier 3 should now correctly reflect your access level across the site, including single product pages and bulk shop purchases.

If you continue to see any access or checkout issues, please try:

  • Log out and back in.
  • Clear your browser cache.
